This notice is provided by Trelonce Digital LLC ("we", "us"), the operator of belittle.ai (the "Website").
Federal labeling and record-keeping law
All visual depictions and other content displayed on the Website are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. §2257, §2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because:
- The Website operates as a purely AI-generated content platform. Every piece of content accessible on the Website — including all character artwork and all conversations — is generated exclusively by artificial intelligence.
- No real individuals are portrayed in, or participate in the creation of, any content on the Website. There are no performers, no photographic or video depictions of real persons, no live streaming, and no user-uploaded adult media.
Because no real human beings appear in any content, the federal record-keeping and labeling requirements do not apply to the Website.
Notwithstanding this exemption, we hold all fictional content to a strict adults-only standard: every published character is depicted and visibly labeled as age 21 or older, as set out in our Content Policy and Underage Policy.
