These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Trelonce Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Trelonce", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of belittle.ai, including all pages, chat features, and subscriptions offered on it (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
belittle.ai is an entertainment service that lets you exchange text messages with fictional, AI-generated characters. All characters and all responses are generated by large language models. Characters are not real people, and conversations are fiction. The Service hosts no photographic or video depictions of real persons, no live streaming, and no user-uploaded adult media.
2. Eligibility — adults only
The Service contains adult content and is strictly limited to adults.
- You must be at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
- By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that viewing adult content is legal where you live.
- We may suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe belongs to a minor, and we will delete its data.
3. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- One person per account. You may not sell, rent, or share your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion removes your conversations and character memories as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to generate content that is prohibited by our Content Policy, including any sexual depiction of minors, age play, age regression, ABDL, diapers or equivalent younger framing, or any non-consensual sexual activity regardless of fictional or roleplay framing;
- use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any real person;
- use or attempt to use the Service to create "deepfake" content or any synthetic depiction of an identifiable real person's likeness or voice (the Service generates no images or video, and requesting deepfake material in any form is prohibited);
- probe, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service, or bypass rate limits or safety systems;
- use automated scripts to access the Service or scrape its content;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Content Policy.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, child exploitation, and non-consensual content. Our Anti-Human Trafficking & Content Compliance Policy, available on the Legal page, is part of these Terms and applies to all use of the Service.
5. AI-generated content
- Responses are generated by AI. They may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or fictional even when they sound confident. They are entertainment, not advice — nothing in the Service is medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.
- Characters are fictional adults. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental and unintended.
- You are responsible for the messages you write. We are not responsible for how you use or interpret AI output.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Premium costs USD $9.99 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are described on the Pricing page and in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms. Charges appear on your card statement under our billing descriptor "TRELONCE DIGITAL".
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, characters, and branding belong to Trelonce or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. You may use your own conversation transcripts privately; you may not republish Service content commercially.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trelonce's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 5 and 7–11 survive termination.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your place of residence mandatorily provides otherwise.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
