This policy explains how subscriptions to belittle.ai renew, how to cancel, and when we issue refunds. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every Premium purchase completed through our approved hosted checkout.
1. Subscriptions and renewal
- Premium is a recurring subscription billed monthly in USD at $9.99 per month.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly billing period until you cancel. We will provide advance notice and obtain any consent required by law before a future price change applies.
- Charges appear on your card statement under our billing descriptor TRELONCE DIGITAL.
2. How to cancel
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@belittle.ai from your account email.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep Premium features until the period you already paid for ends, and you will not be charged again.
- Deleting your account also cancels any active subscription.
3. Refunds
- Duplicate or erroneous charges — refunded in full. Contact us with the transaction date and amount.
- Technical failure — if a verified outage or defect on our side prevented you from using Premium features for a significant part of a billing period, we will refund or credit that period.
- First subscription period — if you are unsatisfied with your first billing period, contact us and we will refund it. This applies once per customer, to the first billing period only.
- Renewal charges — if you believe a renewal charge is wrong, or you were charged after trying to cancel, contact us and we will review the charge and make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
Every refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and there is no deadline for submitting one. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Right of withdrawal (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction date without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent local laws.
- To exercise this right, send a clear statement to support@belittle.ai from your account email before the 14-day period expires. We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your request, using the original payment method.
- Please note: if you start using the subscription immediately after purchase and expressly consent to the service being provided before the withdrawal period ends, you may lose the right of withdrawal to the extent the service has already been provided, as permitted by law.
5. Before you dispute a charge
If you do not recognize a charge or believe one is wrong, please contact support@belittle.ai first — we resolve most billing issues within 2 business days, which is faster than a card dispute. Initiating a chargeback on a charge you authorized may lead to suspension of the associated account while we investigate.
