This Content Moderation & Removal Policy is provided by Trelonce Digital LLC ("we", "us"), the operator of belittle.ai (the "Service"). It describes how content on the Service is screened, how to report content, and how removal requests are handled. It applies to all content on the Service — character profiles, character artwork, and AI-generated conversations — and is part of our Terms of Service.
1. What is moderated
- Character catalog. Every character persona and its artwork is reviewed before publication. Characters are published by our team through a controlled content pipeline; users cannot publish characters. Every published character is a fictional adult age 21 or older and carries a visible age label.
- Conversations. Every user message and every AI response passes through an automated content-safety pipeline in real time.
2. How automated moderation works
- The pipeline combines hard-block rules with an AI safety classifier. Prohibited requests, including any attempt to generate content involving minors, are refused and blocked before a response is generated. AI responses are withheld from display until output screening completes.
- If a required safety check is unavailable or times out, the response is blocked rather than released.
- The safety pipeline runs on every message for every user and cannot be disabled by users.
- Flagged activity may be reviewed and can lead to account action under Section 5.
3. Reporting content
- Report content you believe violates our Content Policy to trust@belittle.ai (or support@belittle.ai), with a description or link to the content concerned.
- We review every report, normally within 48 hours, and reports involving suspected depictions of minors are prioritized above all other work.
- Reporting is also available to visitors and non-users. Reports are handled confidentially under our Complaint Policy.
4. Removal requests and real-person resemblance
- Content that violates our Content Policy is removed as soon as it is confirmed; content that is illegal is removed immediately.
- All characters are AI-generated fiction and are not based on real people. If you believe a character or image nevertheless resembles you or another identifiable real person, email trust@belittle.ai. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the identity concerned.
- Verified resemblance and other valid removal requests are resolved within 5 business days, by modifying or removing the content. We will confirm the outcome to you by email.
- Anyone who believes they are depicted in content on the Service may appeal for its removal, and content is removed if a review determines that consent was not given or is void under applicable law. If a disagreement about depiction or consent is not resolved through the escalation process in our Complaint Policy, we will permit it to be resolved by a neutral body, such as an independent arbitrator.
5. Enforcement
Depending on severity and history, violations can lead to a warning, feature limits, suspension, or termination of the account. Attempts to generate sexual content involving minors or age regression are treated as the highest-severity category and may result in immediate termination after enforcement review. Enforcement decisions can be contested through the escalation process in our Complaint Policy.
