Effective date: August 14, 2026
This Anti-Human Trafficking & Content Compliance Policy is provided by Trelonce Digital LLC ("Trelonce", "we", "us"), the operator of belittle.ai (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Policy statement
Trelonce has a zero-tolerance policy for all forms of human trafficking, slavery, forced labor, and child exploitation. We prohibit the depiction of non-consensual sexual content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any content or conduct that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, or physical abuse. We require full compliance with all applicable laws and card network rules from our staff, contractors, partners, and users.
2. Nature of the Service and why no real persons appear
The Service is an entertainment product consisting entirely of AI-generated fiction:
- Every character is fictional and operator-created. All character personas and artwork are produced in-house, reviewed by our staff before publication, and depicted and labeled as adults age 21 or older.
- No real persons are depicted in, or participate in the creation of, any content. There are no performers, no photographs or video of real people, no live streaming, and no user-uploaded media of any kind.
- Users cannot upload, publish, or distribute content on the Service. There is no user-generated content surface, no public feed, and no marketplace.
Because no real individuals appear in any content, performer identity or age verification is not applicable to the Service. Instead, our controls are directed at the two places where risk could arise: the operator-curated catalog and the AI conversation pipeline, as described below.
3. Prohibited activities
The following are strictly prohibited on the Service and in our operations and supply chain:
- Engaging in, facilitating, or condoning any form of human trafficking, modern slavery, forced labor, or child labor.
- Any sexual depiction of minors, any content resembling a minor, and any CSAM, in any form, fictional or otherwise.
- Content depicting non-consensual sexual acts, sexual violence, or physical abuse.
- Using the Service to advertise, solicit, or arrange commercial sex acts, escorting, or prostitution, or any act involving force, fraud, coercion, or a minor.
- Roleplay or fiction that depicts prostitution, escorting, the purchase or sale of sexual services, or sexual exploitation, as set out in our Content Policy.
- Marketing the Service in any way that suggests illegal activity, child exploitation, or non-consensual acts.
4. Content controls
- Catalog review. Every character persona and all artwork are reviewed by our staff before publication for age, consent framing, real-person resemblance, and prohibited content. A private review record (age, reviewer, review time, policy version, asset digest) is kept for every published character, and any change to a character requires a new review.
- Conversation screening. Every user message and every AI response is screened in real time by an automated safety pipeline that combines deterministic rules with an independent AI safety classifier. Prohibited requests, including anything involving minors, non-consent, or commercial sex, are blocked. If a required safety check is unavailable, the content is blocked rather than released.
- Record keeping. We retain moderation decisions, screening logs, and complaint records, and we make compliance documentation available to our payment partners and acquirers on request, within the timelines they require.
5. Reporting and takedown
- Report suspected trafficking, exploitation, or any illegal or non-compliant content to trust@belittle.ai (or support@belittle.ai). Reporting is open to visitors and non-users.
- Reports are acknowledged within 72 hours. Reported content is reviewed and complaints are resolved within 5 business days, and confirmed illegal content is removed immediately upon confirmation, ahead of full resolution.
- Suspected child exploitation is prioritized above all other work and, where required, reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
- Appeals follow our Complaint Policy: a reviewer not involved in the original decision re-assesses the case. If a disagreement concerns whether an identifiable real person is depicted or whether consent applies and it cannot be resolved through that process, we will permit the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body, such as an independent arbitrator.
6. Consequences of violation
Violations lead to immediate removal of the content concerned, suspension or termination of the responsible account, employment, or contract, and, where the conduct may be unlawful, reporting to law enforcement and notification of our financial partners.
7. Resources
