This Underage Policy is provided by Trelonce Digital LLC ("we", "us"), the operator of belittle.ai (the "Service"). The Service contains AI-generated adult content and is strictly limited to adults. This policy explains the age requirements for users, the age standards for content, and how we enforce both. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Age requirement for users
- You must be at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to access or use the Service.
- On first visit, an age gate requires you to confirm that you meet this requirement before any content is shown. By creating an account you affirm the same. Providing false age information is a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Where required by applicable law, regulation, or the requirements of our payment partners, we may apply additional age- or identity-verification measures in specific jurisdictions, including verification through trusted third-party providers. Verification requirements vary by region and will be updated as regulatory standards evolve.
- We may suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe belongs to a minor, and we will delete its data.
2. Age standard for content
- Every published character on the Service is depicted and visibly labeled as an adult age 21 or older. Character personas, artwork, and conversations must never present a character as a minor or as age-ambiguous.
- Any attempt to make a character act, look, or be described as younger is prohibited with zero tolerance. This includes age play, age regression, adult-baby or ABDL framing, sexualized diapers or padded clothing, a supposedly younger mental state or headspace, and equivalent euphemisms, spelling changes, or translations. Declaring the participant to be an adult does not make these themes permitted. See our Content Policy.
3. Enforcement
- Our automated content-safety pipeline blocks attempts to generate content involving minors in real time, on every message, and cannot be disabled by users. Details are in our Content Moderation & Removal Policy.
- Attempts to generate sexual content involving minors or age regression are blocked and treated as the highest-severity violation. Enforcement review may result in immediate account termination.
4. Reporting
If you believe a user is under 18, or that any content on the Service depicts or resembles a minor, report it to trust@belittle.ai. Suspected-minor reports are prioritized above all other work.
